Pitch decks are living documents. Why? Because it is a snapshot of where your company is at a given point in time (which is why we left out the financial slide). A critique on our own deck: Our ‘go to market’ slide for ALEX can be more descriptive and include details of how we are going to reach out target market including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Customer Value (LCV or LTV). We are working on this. Also the ask could be more defined depending on your audience. If you are pitching to investors you should include a specific dollar amount and what you are using it for.
